We no longer believe the fairy tale that men are fearless. Which is good. Men are people, too! But I’ve discovered something that men fear so much that you can’t even get them to talk about it. Guns and Roses

Back in the ’60s, women really had to fight for their rights. It’s still a struggle, although it’s certainly getting better. But hold on to your hats, ladies. It’s not all roses; there are some things still gunning at us. Here is the good and bad news for us women over 40.

Love the beach? Or do you just love looking like you’ve been there? Whichever, getting a tan is probably one of the top leisure activities in the country. And, yes, I know it isn’t necessarily a burning issue – although for the uninformed, it sure is (pardon the pun). Nonetheless, I am going to share my secrets of being a professional tanner. And you are wrong, wrong, wrong if you think you “have to burn first” before you tan. But more on that later.
